Our full-service option entails coordination of your ceremony and reception. This features concept creation and design (mood board included), budget creation, management of all vendor relationships, the sourcing of event rentals and attendance at rehearsals. Our expertise extends to helping you select your venue and menu, blending your personal tastes with our island’s exquisite locations and cuisine.
On the day itself, you will have my undivided attention for 12 hours (additional time billed at hourly rate). Along with two assistants, I will oversee the set-up and breakdown of ceremony and reception venue/s to ensure all arrangements run smoothly.

Perhaps you and your partner have started planning your wedding but would like some assistance and guidance managing the rest of the process through to the ceremony and reception.
Well, this is the package for you. It will allow you to breathe easier as you hand over the reins to me. I will consult with you to confirm the arrangements to date before completing the wedding-day preparations.
This option includes the creation of a wedding-concept moodboard and your wedding-day timeline, assistance with vendor selections (and review of existing contracts), and attendance at rehearsals.

Pangola
For those couples who already have most of their arrangements in place, I offer a month of coordination, starting six weeks before the wedding date.
This package provides a consultation to facilitate a seamless handover that ensures the smooth running of all aspects of this happy occasion. I will create a wedding-day timeline for the wedding party and all vendors, and my services include attending the rehearsal and acting as vendor liaison on the wedding day, for which you will have 12 hours of my uninterrupted attention (additional time billed at hourly rate).
